Our Team

Russell is a fully qualified builder in Qld, NSW & SA. He has been involved with the design and construction of unit complexes and luxury homes and the project management of several 3 story unit complexes.

He has had earthmoving experience with civil and road works since 1986 and has been involved in the Screw Piling industry since 1995.

Russell has invested significantly towards the research and development of Screw Pile engineering and design, making him one of the most respected as the leading and most professional Screw Piling installation contractor by some of the leading Engineers in Australia.

Steve is our in house design Engineer with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and Master Degrees in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering. Steve has been in the industry since 2004 and does foundation and structural design of the screw piles for each individual project. Steve brings with him a high work ethic and attention to detail.

Sharon has been working in the building industry since 1979 and has been with Russell Heale Group since 2009. Sharon has an administrative and design background and brings a wealth of experience and problem solving skills required to quote and organise projects. Sharon gathers the information required to accurately quote screw piling jobs, liaises with clients and coordinates jobs. Her calm nature and strong communication skills enables her to form strong customer client relationships. Sharon is your first point of contact for Screw Piling projects.

Ray is our Senior operator who has extensive earthmoving and piling experience on large projects making him one of our most experienced in piling installation.Click the edit button to replace this content with your own.

Tammy is our Chartered Accountant who has extensive experience and is highly qualified in all aspects of administration. Tammy has been with Russell Heale Group since 1996
